Another type is the seller inspection which is basically requested by the owner of the house that intends to sell it. They hire an inspector to carry out the inspection and produce a report that is shared to potential buyers. They can also make the necessary repairs so as the house is in a good condition before selling it.

The other type of inspection is that conducted by insurance firms prior to insuring property. It is known as four-point inspection. After natural disasters like lightning and floods it is necessary to inspect the integrity of a building. It is known as disaster. People are advised against skipping this important service prior to selling or purchasing property.
