Furthermore, a person should own property of about one acre. It important for applicants to own property that lies some distance away from the road. The property also needs to be close to a documented road network.

Applicants are also mandated to present documents such as title deeds to prove the ownership of an asset before procuring a cash advance. Title deeds ought to have been signed by an accredited surveyor. They should also have a landscape plan of the property without any zoning or partitioning.

This lending program provides applicants a thirty year money advance term. In this case, a person can repay the cash within the shortest time possible but this duration should not exceed thirty years. Furthermore, one is expected to pay an appraisal of about three hundred dollars and a contract fee when applying for the money advance.

Those who worked for the armed forces in the past are also allowed to procure new cash advances once they finish paying the old one. These cash advances are also offered to those who are in need of a house. The institution that gives advances to retired military men does not depend on taxes as the main source of income. The interest rates are five percent and the maximum duration for repaying the debt is thirty years.
