Why We Need To Sponsor African School

By Thomas Allen

The future of this world is in the hand of the children of today. They are expected to make life easier and come up with new technology to make work easier. Moreover, most children will be unable to achieve these goals due to their current conditions that prohibit them from receiving a valuable education to help shape their lives. Here is some reasons why you should decide to Sponsor African School

More than a third of all the children in third world countries lack one or more human basic needs thus they live in absolute poverty. The basic needs include housing, food and clothing. The parents of the kids are also unable to cater for their needs thus some children opt to find alternative ways to help themselves often those that involve violence. Investing in institutions will allow poor children to receive education that will improve their quality of life.

Research has identified that 72 million children do not have reputable education with majority as children from developing worlds. Although education is a way of dealing with poverty, poverty is the reason that limits most children from getting valuable education. To ensure that these youngsters are educated, take part in sponsoring a school to help them learn, however poor they are.

Most of these children in Africa suffer from deadly diseases that often lead to death if not treated but they are easily treated through immunizations or medications example measles, diarrhea and malaria. Many people are unaware of available treatments and immunizations. The sponsor schools aim to ensure that children live longer by gathering them up for free immunizations and treatments.

The main issue facing children in Africa relates to exploitation due to poverty. Children are used as soldiers, prostitutes, slaves and are also trafficked as a way to earn money. Often, they will take part in the exploits to earn money and also due to the free time they have. Ensuring that the kids take part in helpful learning activities will ensure that they will not be exploited easily.

A major challenge facing many institutions in third world countries is the lack of necessary equipment and resources needed to promote learning. The institutes lack enough funds to sustain the students and also ensure they receive the best education. It is thus important to sponsor any school you find in need to ensure that the future of the children is improved.

Although education is one of the main reasons for the slow progress of Africa, some traditions also play a role in this. The most common examples include female genital mutilation and gender inequality that often limits the education of girls in the society. This has reduced the growth of this continent economically but the sponsor schools have advised the public and promoted gender equality with time.

Through sponsoring a needy child you will feel happy at the small part you play in ensuring that a child will have a brighter future. This will also be a way of promoting the development of these third world countries and providing both emotional and financial support to needy children. You will also help build the future of the child and their children.
